I am an Exercise & Sports Scientist (B.Sc) at Southfitness. I drive the science of physical activity (fitness) & to lesser degree nutrition with the ultimate aim of enlightening my corporate audiences of the different subtopics in exercise & sports science, from office ergonomics to weight/fat loss & fitness misconceptions, just to mention a few.
Before joining Southfitness, I attended St.Mary’s High School & graduated from Kenyatta University where I completed my Bachelor of Science in Exercise & Sports Science.
I enjoy playing football. I also do personal training part-time & gets to work closely with clients ensuring that they thrive in the 3 pillars of health. (Physical Activity, Nutrition & Mental wellbeing).
