7:30 Am Morning Session
This is a special class for special needs people. We focus most on their mobility levels and how we can improve that. We tend to mostly do upper body and core strengthening workouts without much strain, the goal is to move however they can. The session starts with a stretch and warm-up then the main workout that comprises of modified upper body and core workouts, then finishes with a stretch specific to the worked-on muscles. The session is not designed to rehabilitate or improve their disability. Any movement is good for this session.
5:00 Pm Online Session: (Upper Body)
This is the only upper body intensive session of the week. We focus on strengthening the chest, core, shoulders, biceps, triceps, and back. Dumbbells and weights a client can handle are encouraged in this session but we also do bodyweight exercises targeting the same. We Warm up before the main workout and finish off with stretches. We love to hear feedback from the attending clients so we can make improvements where necessary
